Professor Sonia Katyal and co-author Charles Graves won multiple honors for “From Trade Secrecy to Seclusion,” which probes how trade secrecy laws have grown to thwart public disclosure of information in ways that raise big public policy questions. They won Arizona State University’s first Law Science and Innovation/IP Program Prize, and Jotwell named their paper one of the best works of recent IP law.
