Hazim Alwazir LL.M. ’22 was one of two people chosen as a Rhodes Scholar for the Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine region. The first Rhodes Scholar in law from the region, Alwazir,a Palestinian from Gaza, will strive to boost understanding of how digital rights, economic growth, and societal norms interact. The prestigious scholarship is an international postgraduate award to study at the University of Oxford.
