Faculty member Joy Milligan received the Emerging Scholar Award from the Association of American Law Schools’ Section on Administrative Law. A Berkeley Law assistant professor since 2017, Milligan was recognized for her paper, Plessy Preserved: Agencies and the Effective Constitution, during an online awards ceremony at the AALS annual meeting on January 5.
