She will develop a webinar series on Berkeley Boosts, lead General Counsel Institute programs, and create other industry-focused thought leadership. The founder of Hypergrowth GC, Liu has successfully built and scaled tech companies to multi-billion dollar valuations through M&A deals, financings, and investments.
