Efforts by our Human Rights Center to bring the first ‘cyber war crimes’ charges were recently featured in Wired. The center is pushing for the International Criminal Court to pursue such charges against Sandworm, a Russian military intelligence hacker group, for its acts in Ukraine that have caused blackouts, destroyed media networks, and ravaged both private companies and government agencies.
