Uttam Dhillon ’87 is the new head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Deputy counsel and deputy assistant to the President, he once led the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Counternarcotics Enforcement. Dhillon has also been also a Justice Dept. associate deputy attorney general and federal prosecutor.
