Law Professors Herma Hill Kay and Pamela Samuelson have been named advisers on major projects of the American Law Institute. Kay will work on the Restatement of the Law Third, Conflict of Laws; Samuelson will work on the Restatement of the Law, Copyright, joining Professor Molly Van Houweling who is one of the project’s associate reporters. Advisers are selected for their knowledge and experience in a particular subject and constitute an intellectually and geographically diverse group of scholars, practitioners, and judges.
