The iconic Greek Theatre hosts Berkeley Law’s annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 15. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Bharara has gained widespread praise for aggressively prosecuting white-collar crime. Assistant Professor of Law Andrew Bradt, a scholar of civil procedure, conflict of laws, and remedies, will be the faculty speaker.
