As always, you can count on the two days of in-depth discussions on patent law with panels of leading experts that you’ve come to expect at APLI. This year, however, we are debuting a new programming format for Day 2.
The Day 2 agenda will consist of two separate, custom-designed tracks:

Each track will be held in a separate room, so you can attend sessions tailored to your practice and focus on content that is important to you. Sessions for each track will include:

- Beyond IPRs, Appeal practice for prosecutors
- Inventorship and inclusiveness; best and worst practices (DEI)

The Wilbur Field Garage is an underground parking garage located at 560 Wilbur Way, Stanford, CA 94305. The entrance is on Wilbur Way, accessed from Campus Drive. This garage is about a 5-6 minute walk to Paul Brest Hall.
