Cheryl Berg came to Berkeley Law after twelve years in private practice. As a partner at Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal’s San Francisco office, she represented large and mid-size corporate clients in complex civil litigation and appellate matters, gaining extensive experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. She also provided corporate counseling and pre-litigation advice, and represented clients in transactional matters involving intellectual property.
Berg was awarded her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law in 1993, after receiving her undergraduate degree in English from Georgetown University.
