This Seminar is the classroom component for the Advanced Ninth Circuit Practicum. Please see the course description for the Advanced Ninth Circuit Practicum. Students will continue to learn and apply the substantive and procedural federal law involved in the Practicum’s appeals and the techniques of appellate advocacy. The Seminar will also serve as a forum to workshop the cases and strategies.
Attendance at each seminar session and full participation in the practicum portion is mandatory to receive credit for this course.
Prerequisites:
The fall semester Ninth Circuit Practicum is a prerequisite.
