Noga Firstenberg (she/her) is in-house counsel at Airbnb where she advises on product, regulatory, and privacy issues. Prior to Airbnb, Noga worked at Square, clerked at the U.S. District Court for the N.D. of California and the Supreme Court of Israel, held a fellowship at the ACLU of Northern California, and also taught at USF School of Law. Noga’s pro bono work includes advising small businesses through Start Small Think Big, representing minors in immigration proceedings through Kids in Need of Defense, and working with asylum seekers internationally. Noga is a graduate of Harvard Law School and UC Berkeley.
