Mario Choi is an Administrative Law Judge with the General Jurisdiction Division of the California Office of Administrative Hearings. Previously, Judge Choi was a Partner at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP, where he advised and represented clients in complex commercial litigation and other matters. He was also an attorney at Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP, representing individuals, companies, and other entities on a number of class actions. He began his legal career in New York, first serving as a law clerk in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court, New York County, and then as a litigation associate at Pryor Cashman LLP.
Judge Choi earned his JD from Northeastern University, his MA from Columbia University, and a BA from Boston University. Judge Choi is active in the community and serves on the boards and committees of various non-profit and legal organizations.
