Linda Yu joined the Housing practice at EBCLC in 2018 to fight for low-income tenants facing eviction. Prior to EBCLC, she was a staff attorney at Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach, where she specialized in representing adults with disabilities in a variety of civil cases including public benefits administrative hearings, restraining orders, conservatorships, and immigration cases. She also worked for several years as a public defender, litigating and defending criminal defendants in jury trials. Linda is fluent in Cantonese.
