Jamie Williams is a staff attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation, where she is part of the civil liberties team. Williams focuses on the First and Fourth Amendment implications of new technologies. Prior to joining EFF, Williams clerked for Judge Saundra Brown Armstrong in the Northern District of California. Before her clerkship, she was a litigation associate at Paul Hastings LLP and an attorney law clerk at the Alameda County Public Defender. Williams received her J.D. from Berkeley Law and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
