A former second grade teacher, Erin Le has a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Public Health from Northeastern University School of Law and Tufts University School of Medicine. Erin joined East Bay Community Law Center’s Health and Welfare Practice as a staff attorney and clinical supervisor in 2011, and she is currently the Interim Director of the Practice. Erin works with clients referred through EBCLC’s Medical-Legal Partnerships with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, Highland Hospital, and local HIV/AIDS providers. Erin also supervises law students as they work to minimize socioeconomic roots of health disparities by advocating for access to stable housing, income, health insurance, and education.
