Daralyn Durie is an experienced trial lawyer and a partner at Morrison Foerster. Prior to joining MoFo, she was an associate and then a partner at a San Francisco boutique law firm, and then co-founded Durie Tangri in 2009, where she practiced until 2022. She tries cases in state and federal court for plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of patent, copyright, trade secret, breach of contract, class actions, and general civil litigation. Daralyn is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the co-author of a two volume treatise on California Civil Trials. Daralyn is a graduate of Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley (for both graduate school and law school), following which she clerked for Judge Douglas Ginsburg on the D.C. Circuit.
