The Berkeley Journal of African-American Law & Policy (BJALP) is committed to publishing works dedicated to addressing social, political, and economic issues affecting the Black diaspora while promoting the works of scholars of marginalized identities, activists, and attorneys. Topics include institutional racism, social, political, and economic inequality, and anti-Black racism.
