Getting a Scholastica Account
Berkeley Law does have an institutional account for this service. Faculty wishing to use this service (tenured, tenure-track, lecturers in residence) must contact the law school’s business office for access, inquiries@law.berkeley.edu. The cost of the service is charged to your faculty research budget.
The cost is $6.60 per submission per journal.
The Scholastica website has more information about the service.
Note: California Law Review does use Scholastica, but Berkeley Law faculty can submit articles by email. Contact Maria Vidal-Manou, mvmanou@law.berkeley.edu.
