BerkeleyLaw students only: To reach the scanning/printing room in the Berkeley Law Library, make a right from the library lobby and walk down the hallway. The scanning/printing room will be the only door on your left in that hallway. It is across the hall from the student computer lab. The scanning/printing room contains two of the law library’s self-service scanning stations and printers.
The scan stations are touch-screen operated and allow you to scan both books and loose papers. The flatbed scanner can handle all manner of scanning materials, while the document scanner can do single- or double-sided scanning of any stack of standard-sized paper fed into it. You can use the touchscreen computer to save your scans to a USB key that you have brought from home, send the scans to yourself via email, or upload them to GoogleDocs.
