Electronic Line
An electronic line features one-button access to features such as superior sound quality, call transferring and group intercom, can support as many phone numbers as buttons available, and has the option to use the Avaya Workplace VoIP service.
Analog Line
An analog phone line is more cost effective, but the analog phone cannot support multiple lines like the electronic phone can.
