On April 11, 2025, Julissa Ramirez and Adriana Herrera will argue Rivera-Trigueros v. Bondi. You can watch simulcasts of these arguments at the Ninth Circuit’s website. Here is the link for the live video stream. The oral argument session starts at 9:00 am. Our case is currently third on the calendar. The first two cases will take forty minutes or less. Recordings of all oral arguments are available the day after argument at http://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/media/
In this case, a citizen of El Salvador petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals’ denial of a motion to reopen removal proceedings based on changed country conditions.
