ACS at Berkeley Law is hosting Professors Farber, Jacobs, and Gould to discuss the scope of presidential authority. Panelists will unpack the historical, constitutional, and contemporary debates surrounding executive power. Please RSVP so we can get an accurate head count for lunch.
