The California Law Review, the Berkeley Criminal Law & Justice Center, and the American Constitution Society invite the Berkeley Law community to a conversation about the future of the Second Amendment. Our esteemed panel includes Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, Professor Brian DeLay, and Kathleen Guneratne of the Office of the Alameda County Public Defender. CLJC’s Executive Director Chesa Boudin will moderate. Lunch is first come first serve starting at 12:50. The event will take place in Room 105 on April 15 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
