Appellate advocacy plays a critical role in shaping the law and securing justice for plaintiffs and the public interest. Join PLA for a panel of leading appellate practitioners to discuss the fundamentals of appellate practice. The panel will cover forging a path in plaintiff-side appellate practice, key strategies for navigating appeals, and emerging trends affecting plaintiffs’ appeals.
