Investigating and Covering Government: A Conversation with ProPublica Journalists
Wednesday, January 31, 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Event Navigation
ProPublica is an independent, nonprofit newsroom that produces investigative journalism. It was founded in 2007–2008 with the belief that investigative journalism is critical to democracy. Investigative journalism requires time and resources, and in this current media climate, many newsrooms can no longer afford to take on this kind of deep-dive reporting. Join MMaBL as we learn more about investigative reporting that holds government, military, and public agencies to account from an expert panel of ProPublica journalists T. Christian Miller and Caroline Chen.
Lunch will be provided. RSVP here.
Events are wheelchair accessible. For disability-related accommodations, contact the organizer of the event. Advance notice is kindly requested.
