Brazil has become one of the most important countries in the world: it boasts the world’s seventh largest population, fifth largest land mass, and eighth largest economy. Three distinguished scholars from Brazil will share their perspectives of some of the most important issues facing international business: resolution of international commercial disputes through arbitration, the alternative means of solving conflicts through mediation, and whether international, regional, or bilateral methods are best for governing intellectual property.
