[CDO] Make the Most of DAR’s Private Sector Mentorship Program

Please come join us to learn more about how you can make the most out of DAR’s Private Sector Mentorship Program! This program is designed for students interested in the private sector who plan on applying to law firms and participating in our Summer Preview Program and/or Summer OCI. This limited-duration mentoring program is designed specifically to help students think through the law firm recruitment process and to prepare students for interviews with law firms that regularly hire 2Ls as summer associates. Program participants are matched with a graduate who either currently works in BigLaw or a Plaintiff-side firm or who began their career in the private sector following graduation from law school. If you’re participating in this program, the CDO will provide guidance on how to develop your relationship with your assigned mentor to maximize your participation in this program.
