Friday, April 19, 2024 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Event Navigation
AI is changing the way civil litigation is practiced. What are the implications for the evaluation and presentation of evidence? Is the use of AI generated evidence consistent with the Rules of Evidence? This program will consider these questions by providing some technical background on AI and discussing some of the potential legal issues. Professors and Law and Technology experts Michele E. Gilman (University of Baltimore) and Andrew Selbst (UCLA) will be joining us as our featured speakers.
