Please join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business for a leadership lunch talk with Tara Capsuto, Sangitha Palaniappa, and David Kim, Partners and Associates at Cooley to discuss the Lifecycle of a Company. Following the discussion, a Q&A will be hosted by the Berkeley Business Law Journal. The Leadership Lunch Series is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff and registration is highly recommended. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
