BCLB Leadership Lunch Talk: What the Heck is Going On in Delaware with Paul Weiss

Please join the Berkeley Center for Law and Business for a leadership lunch talk with Jeremy Veit, Partner from Paul Weiss, who will present on the transformative amendments recently proposed to Delaware general corporation law. Following the discussion, a Q&A will be moderated by the Berkeley Business Law Journal. The Leadership Lunch Series is reserved for current law students, faculty and staff and registration is highly recommended. Lunch will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis to those who register and stay for the entire program.
