16th Annual Privacy Lecture: Murky Consent & Fall Careers Mixer

Join BCLT on Friday, September 22 at 3:30 PM at the University Club for our annual signature Privacy Lecture Series by Professor Daniel Solove. Professor Solove will be discussing his book “Murky Consent: An Approach to the Fictions of Consent in Privacy Law” and how “murky consent” will help resolve intractable problems with privacy consent. Respondents to his lecture include Ari Ezra Waldman, UC Irvine School of Law; Rebecca Wexler, UC Berkeley School of Law; and Ella Corren, JSD student, UC Berkeley School of Law. Paul Schwartz, UC Berkeley School of Law will be moderating this year’s lecture and discussion. CLE will be offered.
