Why Berkeley Law? For 1L Vishal Sareddy, it’s his passion for AI regulation and data privacy that led him to plaintiff-side law, fighting for people against big tech. After studying at @ucberkeleyofficial as an undergrad and researching AI regulation with Berkeley professors, he knew he wanted a career that reinvents the technology’s implementation to better protect people. Now he’s headed toward plaintiff-side law, representing people in class actions against tech companies over data privacy and AI ethics. “Given stronger regulation and enforcement… it can be very, very beneficial to people,” Sareddy says. #BerkeleyLaw #TechLaw #AI
